P: How can I know how much the translation is going to cost me?
R: It is quite simple. In order to obtain a price estimate it you must multiply the number of words of the original text times the rate. Payment must be made by means of wire transference to our current account.

P: How will my translation be sent to me?
R: The translation will be sent in a simple text file, via e-mail, in printed form or in diskette. In the event that expenses are incurred in for sending documents abroad, the client shall defray the same. Feel free to make questions about translation and office services

P: I have an urgent translation. Can you help me?
R: Probably yes. In this case, if you require a translation output higher than normal, an urgency surcharge shall be applied as specified under "Rates". If this surcharge applies, you will be informed before the service is requested.

P: I have a text, but only in paper format. How much will the translation cost me?
R: When you do not know the amount of words in the original document, a calculation of the finished translated text will be made, then it will all depend on the language into which the same is being translated. In these cases, we request that you send us by fax some typical pages that show the general format layout of the text to be translated.

P: I have a project that involves several of your services, what must I do?
R: You can call us directly, send a fax or use the form under "Questions and Comments", or simply mail us stating all your concerns. We will be very pleased to reply to your inquiries as soon as possible.
